I called to verify my reservation and learned the motel had been closed. I was in a panic, but learned that my reservation was still there and waiting for me and my husband. I spoke to Simon and he reassured me that I would have a room and that the motel was being remodeled. My stay was very good. This is a very good hotel. Clean and renovated room and bathroom, comfortable bed, very good breakfast. The coffee in the lobby coffee machine is amazing. Hotel Clarion Pointe Quebec is a 3 star property located near Quebec city'sAirport.
