The hotel was fine and had great customer service. The room and breakfast were good. Nice pool. Everything was nice and clean. Check in snd check out went smoothlly. Check-in was very efficient. In fact, we were offered a first floor room, which we needed. The king bed was comfortable and comforter just right weight! We had a much needed night's rest and the hot breakfast in the morning was most welcome! The manager was super nice, the room and hotel were clean. The place is okay But definitely clean. Nice room at good price. Friendly staff. Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the pleasant staff! Shane was the front desk person and he was super friendly and even went out of his way multiple times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Thanks for taking such good care of us Shane! Also the breakfast guy (didn't catch his name) was super friendly, greeted everyone and kept breakfast filled and hot! Great stay overall. Would stay again! We were in town for a wedding and this was a great spot; middle point for most of the activities. The Comfort Inn - Bluffton is an Award winning property off of exit 142 in Bluffton, Ohio. We are located close to Bluffton University and Ohio Northern University and give discounts for guests that are staying to visit these universities. We are also close to several industries including, GROB, DTR, Tower Automotive and several in Findlay and Lima. We serve a Complimentary Hot Breakfast daily, and 80 percent of our rooms feature flat screen TV's and they all will by September 2011. Our indoor pool and hot tub is open until midnight.
