Very clean surroundings and pleasant staff. First time visit; will do it again when in the area. Rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. I was happy with the room and the service. I truly appreciate the friendly attitude of the staff. The room has always been very clean. They always have tea and coffee in the lobby which I truly appreciate as well as in the room. There is a microwave and small refrigerator which is great to keep drinks or other items cold as desired. The bed was very good and there were plenty of pillows. There is a nice breakfast bar with a variety of items better than many more upscale hotels. The area is right next to the mall. There's good restaurants not far and the Mexican one next door is outstanding. I felt very safe even coming and going late at night by myself.
