The room was clean and tidy. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the view! Every employee was nice and helpful, especially with information for tourists. Much appreciated! Would stay There again and recommend! Thanks. The room had large beds and plenty of space. The location is the best thing about this hotel, literally a five minute walk from Niagara Falls viewing. Couldn't have been closer. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and included. Cannot complain and would happily recommend. Ivory was great. The rooms had everything and my stay was pleasant enough. My husband and I were pleased that Comfort Inn The Pointe was a short walk to the American Falls as well as the Maid of The Mist. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and their buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from. Closest hotel to the falls. Located at the Niagara Reservation State Park entrance, a mere 400 yards from the brink of the American Falls. Some rooms boast a view of the park or thundering rapids. Walking distance to most major attractions.
