The entrance was very clean as well as the elevator, hallway and ice room. My room was well received with cleanliness as well as the appliances. It was well supplied with all my needs for two nights. Facility was nice and clean. Staff, especially John, was very accommodating. Great experience. Good customer service. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful with the exception of the lady tending the breakfast area. I want to especially compliment Amy at the front desk. This is the second time I have stayed here, and she is always friendly and helpful. I have interacted with the cleaning staff a couple of times, and they have also been very friendly and prompt with seeing to the needs. I will definitely recommend and revisit this location. The room was nice and clean. This hotel is even prettier in person than the photos! The room is decent size, I believe the pricing is very reasonable! There were no bugs, no stains on anything, check in was easy (thanks to the woman who runs the front).
