I found out late in the afternoon before my reservation day that weather would prevent me from making my trip to Austin. The window for cancellation without penalty had already closed, but I called they cancelled and refunded my charge without question. Everyone was super nice and understanding. Newly built all large suites hotel, smoke free, free full hot breakfast, outdoor swimming pool, exercise room.
