The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. I'll be back for another stay at this facility in a couple of weeks. Stayed at this hotel after a tiring journey. The room was very cozy. The beds were so comfortable that we almost missed breakfast. The heated pool made us happy on a rainy day. My eldest son warmed up with pleasure in the gym. The free breakfast was very tasty. Staff was very professional and courteous, room was clean, bed was comfortable, I appreciate having the couch in the room to have a place to sit and relax and plenty of shower items available and towels. Room was ready when I arrived. The hotel was very clean and everything worked well as would be expected. The front desk staff were especially helpful and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again if we were passing through or visiting Salem.
