The staff was very helpful during my stay. Especially noteworthy was Joe who went above and beyond to assist me when he wasn't required to. Breakfast was good. I stay here whenever I am in Shreveport. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good. Close to various fast food restaurants. Good value.
