Property Description

The hotel was clean, comfortable and centrally located! Staff is amazing, Melanie head housekeeper, Tiffany room servant, the maintenance people, the entire team, food service, cleanliness and attention to detail was perfection! Being in the hospitality business, I am very critical and the entire staff from the front desk to the back of the house received five stars. The room size made a three day stay very enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable with lots of nice pillows. The towels were large and a nice thickness. The breakfast was very good. We felt the room was worth the extra money we spent on it. Excellent service! Joyce was so helpful as we were leaving our home in Tampa during the hurricane! Really friendly helpful staff! Check in was easy, breakfast was as good as a restaurant's! And the maid service was kind about letting me have an extra shampoo and conditioner. We stay here every year when we come to visit friends in the Villages. In the past we brought our dog and they were great with her also. Excellent hotel. Very satisfied with all amenities!
