The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. 10 of 10. Very nice accommodations. Clerks are very nice and helpful! This place had the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The expression floating on a cloud, that is how these beds felt! I'm spending the night here. This is by far the best experience I've had traveling with my dog! Didn't have to ask for first floor, deposit is refunded if no problems, safe trails are in the back yard! They made sure I knew this when I checked in. I am very pleased! Comfort Suites University Area is an all suite property. Our guest rooms feature large double and king suites all with pull out sofas, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and iron/board. Whirlpool suites are also available upon request. For our guest's pleasure we are also proud to offer a 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub.
