Room was very nice and clean. Room and facilities were clean and tidy. We used the exercise room which had nice equipment. We will stay again. Comfortable, clean place with courteous employees and an excellent breakfast. Newly renovated hotel conveniently located at the corner of I-35 & US Highway 30, within 2 miles of Iowa State University. Hotel features Complimentary Hot Breakfast Buffet featuring scrambled eggs with bacon, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, make your own waffles and much more. We also feature a nightly complimentary cocktail hour 5:30-6:30.
