The hotel was very clean. Everyone was so helpful. Excellent staff. The people who work for you are the best. We were in Cleveland for a concert. The hotel and all employees were friendly and professional. The room was in excellent condition. We stayed at the hotel the night before my husband was to have surgery at University Hospital. Very convenient in that respect. Rooms were great, clean. Lots of nearby restaurants including Little Italy! It was a good stay. Ideally situated Cleveland OH hotel at the Cleveland University Circle near the University hospital. The Bistro offers healthy choices, a variety of breakfast and dinner options, an evening bar, and specialty beverages made with Starbucks® coffee.
