Staff were personable and professional. Hotel is very nice and the rooms are super clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a shuttle that we needed to take to Cleveland Clinic in Westin, Fl for my daughter too. We have always been pleased to stay there when having appointments at the Cleveland Clinic.
