I appreciate their customer service. Rey was exceptional. Clean room and helpful staff. Had a bad day at the airport, I reached the hotel 09/03/2022 about 4:30pm. Everything was PERFECT! I forgot the name of the young lady who helped me but this world needs a lot more of these BEAUTIFUL SOULS. She helped me iron out all the kinks I was experiencing that day.Ô¡ÉÔ¡ÉÔ¡ÉÔ¡ÉÔ¡É. The Courtyard by Marriott of Lubbock is minutes away from South Plains Mall, Texas Tech University, Lubbock Christian University, Caprock & Llano Winerys, and The Depot Entertainment District, including the Buddy Holly Center.
