Property Description

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Miss Jetta in housekeeping came to check and see if I needed anything extra (toilet paper, bottled water). I asked her for a couple tea bags. She didn't have any with her but she found Ms. Caroline who did and brought two back to me. So friendly and so professional in every way. Whatever you are paying her, it's not enough. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was comfortable. The hospitality of the entire was very helpful and polite. The valet attendant Asha, she really did a wonderful job. The Courtyard by Marriott Norfolk Downtown is easily located in the center of Downtown Norfolk's bustling, harbor front financial corridor. The Courtyard by Marriott Norfolk Downtown hotel is within walking distance of the MacArthur Center Mall and Granby Street, known for its eclectic restaurants and entertainment venues.
