Room clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Will recommend to friends. Clean and Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast! We had no problems. The staff was very helpful..the breakfast was not disappointing..the food was hot and had a large variety to choose from. The rooms were nice and large with a very nice and clean bathroom. The balcony was nice. Creekstone Inn is my favorite place to stay! The place looks Awesome! Great remodeling on the place! I stay there every time I go to Pigeon Forge. Always enjoy the great breakfast and feeding the ducks. I like hearing the rushing water from the mountain creek. Wonderful and clean hotel. Staff very polite and helpful. Will stay again. We had a great time. Great view and great location. Creekstone Inn sits on the banks of the Pigeon River, each room has its own balconie over looking the river,only one block off the parkway and near all area attractions, but yet quite and secluded,each room has refrigerator,coffee maker.Have fun in our out door pool.Enjoy our most famous residents "the Ducks"
