I recommend the hotel! It is clean, staff are helpful and I will be staying there any time I visit Syracuse. Hotel was very clean with nice employees, very friendly. Great staff, very courteous. The room was clean and comfortable! All hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating to our requests/needs during our stay for a wedding. Rehearsal dinner was on 20th floor; amazing views of downtown Syracuse and the sunset was gorgeous. The food for the rehearsal dinner was extremely good as was the presentation. The location is very convenient to other sites in the area. We were provided shuttle service for the wedding day. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when my travels permit.
