Marilla was warm and welcoming in a loaded reception area. She was only person on tower and handled it with grace and a smile. My room exceeded expectations as it was much bigger than expected and had a m/w, fridge and coffeemaker. Breakfast was included and being able to use a treadmill was appreciated. Great group of staff.
