Loved this hotel! The art deco style of the lobby was fabulous. The lobby bar was a great way to end the busy day that we had and the fabulous staff of Steven (Bar Manager) and Jack (Bartender) kept us returning every night. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was surprisingly bigger then expected so that was a pleasant surprise as well. Guest services was courteous, professional, friendly and accommodating, from front desk to concierge and house keeping. Location was great, it was within walking distance to Westfield Mall which had a great selection of restaurants but don't just stick to the mall the entire area has great restaurants. It's in a location that is accessible to everything by hoping on the bus, underground or overground. You can even walk to Nottinhill in 30 minutes. I enjoyed taking the bus the first couple of days because it was like having a free tour of the area. Would I stay again at the Dorsett Shepherds Bush. Already planning my next vacation if that answers your question.
