We loved our stay at the hotel! The front desk and valet service were top tier! We recently visited Victoria for a family wedding. Ideally located near the in town attractions, the location is a superb starting point to explore this highly walkable city. What truly made the stay at Doubletree memorable was the staff. Every staff member we interacted with from the front desk, bell staff, restaurant team and housekeeping were helpful and friendly. We got some terrific advice on a local attraction and many kind smiles during our visit. Additionally, the rooms were modern, attractive and nicely maintained. If we are fortunate enough to travel to Victoria again, I would definitely use this hotel again. Thanks to your team of professionals. Location is excellent to all amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown and Chinatown. Overall condition is clean. Front staff are all friendly. Great spacious room with ocean view (two bedroom suite). Newly renovated hotel located one block from the Inner Harbour and attractions. Rooms and suites with city, mountain and water views. Dining options include Stone Ground Pizza Co, Bartholomew's Pub & Starbucks Coffee. Complimentary internet access. Fitness Centre. Pet friendly.
