Good overall experience. Reception desk person was friendly and helpful. The dining experience was great. I stay there because it's close to Barnes Jewish Hospital and I am a heart transplant patient. Our accommodations and requests were more than met by Devon and Tanesha. The room was clean and comfortable. Professional staff, clean rooms. Brandey at the front desk was most accommodating. Very Good Hotel The room was clean, and staff was friendly. Friendly Staff! They made me feel at home! It was okay. I enjoy the quality of the Drury hotels, overall service, and price. Creve Coeur is a quiet St. Louis suburb near major business districts, shopping, top-rated medical facilities and Lambert International Airport. Airport transportation assistance is available. Service animals complying with ADA Title lll regulations are allowed. Yes! Pets are allowed. Cats and dogs are accepted at all Drury Hotels if state and local laws permit. Pets are not allowed in the public gathering areas of the hotel, including the breakfast area and pool. Pets are not to be left unattended for more than 30 minutes, and each guest must assume liability for damage of property or other guest complaints. There is a limit of two pets per room. Dogs, for persons with disabilities, are accepted and permitted access to any area frequented by their owners. No state or local laws concerning dogs apply to guide dogs.
