Good customer service. Clean hotel. Room was very clean; customer service was very good. Nice hotel. Very organized with employees at the elevators directing traffic. Lots of choices at breakfast. Room exceeded our expectations, great view, clean with room to spread out. Highly recommend hotel. Located 100 yards from the brink of Niagara Falls.
