Everyone was super kind and the hotel was super nice! Will definitely come back when visiting Vancouver area. We had a dear elderly friend and her caregiver stay with you while we were having her home cleaned. From the check in to the check out everything was truly amazing. To the management: you have hired remarkable staff who attended to our friend's every need. Everyone showed patience, good humour especially when the caregiver DID NOT tip in the restaurant and understanding. To the Housekeeping manager and staff: thank you for your generous support for room 803. You were called a number of times and each time you supplied what was needed with grace and dignity. We had a very tricky situation as we brought an elderly person with a caregiver to stay for two nights. The front desk and security were incredibly helpful and accommodating. A highly capable front desk gentleman did fast footwork to streamline everything for us. The security gentleman was so accommodating. I was able to arrange for the caregiver to put meals on the room bill. Terrific service! Amazing!!! Best Hotel in Coquitlam! Loved it! Same as above! I love staying at this hotel as it is close to SFU and transit stops. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. The staff have always been amazing each time I have stayed there.
