Very nice and dependable staff. GM is a very hard working manager. Always attentive to requests. Very pleasant, front desk was very helpful, room was clean and refreshingly. Arrived in town easier than planned. Check in wasn't available at two in the morning. Clerk went above and beyond to fix our reservation so that we could check in. She was so helpful and friendly. Turned a scary situation into a very positive one. Need more employees like her. She truly cared about doing a good job. Will recommend this hotel to everyone I know from now on.
