Fern Resort is an all-inclusive resort located on the east shores of Lake Couchiching near Orillia, Ontario just 90 minutes from Toronto. Room rates are customized for each group depending on what is required and include accommodation, all meals, non-alcoholic beverages during meals, parking, high speed fibre optic WIFI, meeting space and AV equipment and use of the multiple sports and recreation amenities. In July and August, long weekends and holidays as well as some winter weekends the rates also include a supervised PlayVillage, activity programs for a variety of age groups including adults and afternoon and evening entertainment.

Fern Resort is an all-inclusive resort, including meals. All meals are served in the Heritage Dining Room and are menu ordered by your delegates. There is a full hot breakfast, 3-course lunch and 4-course dinner. In July and August there is also the option of a poolside BBQ lunch.
