Four star, great staff, cleanliness of rooms and entire hotel was first class! I will stay here every time we visit Portland. I arrived earlier than planned and earlier than check in. The staff easily was able to get me a room so that I could settle in and get some work done. Also, when our group arrived after our event, the staff was very helpful and accommodating while we continued good group discussions in the lobby. Rooms were large and clean and staff was friendly and efficient. Loved that they sold a variety of good wine by the bottles in the lobby. Good breakfast as well. Delightful as usual!
