Good quality service with easy check in and check out. Great! Love it! Nice room with good view. I arrived at GSR at 3:30am with a leg injury. Austin in valet parking helped amazingly. They brought a wheelchair manned by Ben. Brenda Blakely came in at 3:00am to process registration. Amazing dedication and service all they way down the line. It's the people that make this place so great. Can't say enough about Sebastian at the front desk. The nicest person who went out of his way to accommodate our request. Everyone from the bartenders to grand theater staff, to grand cafe waiters to cashiers. Always smiles on their faces. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. A good stay! Hotel was good.
