Staff was great from Resa checking us in and orienting us to Nimba the manager and our porter at breakfast, everyone was friendly, helpful and a delight to interact with. Room was outstanding; large comfy and totally top drawer. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and clean room. We were evacuated and the staff provided exceptional service, helped us settle in and answer our questions as it pertained to our situation. Thank you. Beautiful hotel with lots of incentives to stay! Aside from our amazing room with high ceilings, we were given a lot of perks/ discounts for the hotel lounge and bar. Highly recommend this location!
