Front desk clerk went out her way to satisfy us. She went to check on our original room reservation and finding it not quite ready, she offered us an alternative which proved to be much better than the original room. A very pleasant stay. We enjoyed the hotel and the friendly staff. Excellent customer service. The property is in excellent condition and very clean.
