Property Description

Clean hotel with good customer service. Nice staff. Clean room. Staff was helpful, room was clean. I was given a first floor room which I had requested. Happy with my stay! Clean, quiet and inviting atmosphere. The staff was very kind. We were very thankful for the warm welcome which made us very comfortable throughout our stay. This will be the only hotel I stay at when I visit Carbondale! Great hotel experience  would choose this Hampton Inn in Carbondale again. Hotel staff was great and room was absolutely immaculate! Hotel has a beautiful large lobby with fireplace at entrance. The guest rooms come with hairdryers, coffee makers, iron and ironing board, clock radio, HD Flat screen TV. We have King Rooms, King Study (king bed with sofa couch), Doubles (2 queen beds) and King Jacuzzi (king bed with Jacuzzi tub in room). Refrigerator/microwave upon request and availability.
