The hotel staff was quite friendly right from front desk. The room had everything we needed. It's a lovely place to stay. Comfortable. Friendly, warm welcome. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Very helpful. Conveniently situated. All our needs were met. Nice and clean hotel. The Hampton Inn, Dublin, Virginia is located in the scenic New River Valley in Southwestern Virginia. The Hotel is placed on a hill overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Our guest rooms all feature microwaves, refrigerators, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, and automatic night lights. The indoor heated pool and fitness rooms are open from 9 A.M. until 10 P.M. Our Meeting room is available on a per day basis, and seats approximately 30. The hotel is close to some of the best hiking trails in Virginia, including the New River Trail, which follows an old railroad bed right next to the beautiful New River, and the Cascades Recreational Area, which offers a hike up to the wonderful cascades waterfall. Other outdoor activities include rafting on the New River, and fishing at Gateway Park, Claytor Lake, and the New River.
