Excellent! Check in staff, cleaning, kitchen and maintenance staff were welcoming, friendly and competent in the services they provided. The hotel was impeccably clean, organized and appealing in appearance. We really enjoyed our stay! We will only stay here when we visit Fort Smith! Great customer service, clean rooms, slept well! Breakfast was good! The Hampton Inn - Fort Smith hotel is conveniently located at the major intersection of I-540 and Rogers Avenue, in the center of Fort Smith's primary business, medical, and shopping districts. Local historic attractions, sports venues, the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, and the Fort Smith Convention Center are located within a few minutes of our hotel. We provide complimentary shuttle transportation to the airport and the St. Edward Mercy medical complex.
