Staff and accommodations are excellent. Have stayed there for a number of visits to Kutztown University. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We always enjoy coming here. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Young man at counter when I checked in last night set the standards for the stay. WAS VERY professional and great at his job.
