Customer service was excellent the hotel and rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was good. Brand new Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Waukegan located in the Fountain Square area of Waukegan. Close to offices of Abbott, AbbVie, Cardinal Health and Amazon. Also within a 5 mile drive to the Great Lakes Naval Base. The hotel offers a variety of room types to fit every guests needs. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast and access to the fitness center and pool.
