Excellent customer service! Staff was so helpful, kind and go out of their way! We enjoyed our two night stay at the Hampton Inn Chino Hills. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I liked having the coffee on demand in the lobby also. The hotel is a block in from the freeway, very accessible, yet that one block difference helps cut down on any possible freeway noise. I would especially like to note that the front desk agents were all very courteous and efficient. We will definitely stay here again.
