Clean, comfortable bed and room was quiet. The receptionist was friendly. Our overall experience with the Hampton Inn was good. We had a comfortable sleep experience. The environment was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from. The staff was friendly and courteous; check in and out was quick and efficient. Very accommodating. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. Personnel were very attentive. Hampton Inn Union City is easily accessible from Highway 880, within walking distance of shopping and dining; Oakland International Airport is 45 minutes away with San Francisco International Airport about an hour and half; Downtown San Francisco is located about an hour.
