Room and hotel were very clean, staff was courteous. No problems! Walter greeted us. He was very kind and positive. After checking in, I told Walter our issue with Uber not picking up our scheduled ride for the concert. Walter suggested a place within walking distance that shuttles to the venue. I also forgot earplugs and Walter had us covered. WALTER WAS TRULY A LIFE SAVER AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL! We got in our room and it was so nice! We got a handicap accessible room and WOW! The bathroom and bed were huge and easy to access. The pool and hot tub HAVE A LIFT! We were extremely impressed with even the laundry room and workout room! This hotel would be an 8 out of five stars if I could give bonus stars for their service, help and cleanliness. - Our new Hilton Garden Inn St Cloud hotel is located just three and a half miles from downtown St Cloud near highway 15 and 23.
