Property Description

I travel extensively and was so pleased to see that true hospitality is not a dying art. The staff at this property was PHENOMENAL. Whatever training program in place needs to be socialized broadly. From check in to check out and every interaction in between I was so thoroughly pleased with the hotel staff. The atmosphere, rooms and cleanliness were top notch. I'd stay here again and highly recommend this property. We were having renovations done and had to vacate our home. Our daughter recommended Hilton Gardens at 2648 Steeles Avenue East, and they did not disappoint. From Navi at the front desk, Melanie, Jose, James and Sandy at the restaurant to Josie in housekeeping. They all helped to make our stay a memorable one. We will not forget our good fortune to get such comfortable accommodation, friendly helpful staff, spotless room, bathroom. At the risk of repeating myself, it was a most memorable stay for us. Excellent! Clean hotel and staff was very helpful. Room and bathroom were clean.
