The room was clean. The staff was very nice. Exceptional personnel at front desk, in the express breakfast and a delightful afternoon snack area! Close to places of interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Nashville and at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Nashville. Will highly recommend this to our friends. We thank you for a great "home away from home"! Room was very clean and comfy bed. Great location, decent hotel. We really only slept there but it was clean and convenient. I was so pleased with my stay here! The staff was kind and helpful with late check in and storage of our bags. I enjoyed the breakfast and complimentary music and afternoon apps. The shoe shine man, Will, was so sweet and made our boots look brand new! Dipped twice in the pool. Will return! As the one of the nation's LARGEST HIE we are far more than ordinary.
