The receptionist was more than accommodating and very professional. The hotel rooms were immaculately clean, the staff at the breakfast buffet were so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kelowna, is a mid-scale, modern hotel. The hotel offers a complimentary fresh hot buffet breakfast every morning, complimentary WIFI, business centre, indoor pool, hot tub, and large fitness centre. In lobby market and second floor coin operated guest laundry. The hotel offers pet friendly rooms on the second floor, only. There are an abundance of outlets in guest rooms and ample charging stations in the lobby. All guest rooms have bar fridge, microwave, black-out blinds, and noise reducing sliding barn door. There is a complimentary airport shuttle, with pre-scheduled runs, which must be booked 12 hours in advance with our front desk. We have 2 board rooms for small meetings, 18 to 20 people. The hotel is centrally located with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
