The first part, situated on the left of the beautiful ficus trees, has been built in 1752 and it arises as place for the holidays.The factory of oil production is indeed a low building that, nowadays linked to the courtyard, was at first only a marginal building compared to the centrality of the villa.The villa and the land around it were bought in the eighteen century by Di Lorenzo family who, barons of Granieri and marquees of ÔÇ£CastelluccioÔÇØ, built in 1882, the third body of the villa who will assume the name of Granieri Villa.
