The hotel clerk was very accommodating as I had a flight delay on New Years Eve..The shuttle picked me up promptly and the room was clean, large and shuttle back to the airport early next morning. Room was clean and comfortable. I was bummed to have to spend the first weekend of December in a hotel but from the moment we arrived, the staff, the festive lobby and great room layout made it so much more comfortable than I ever imagined!
