Mr. Dennis Moore is very knowledgeable and pleasant to all quest he helped with all concerns about the hotel or any locations concerns around the city. The bathroom should be updated to walk in showers. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Excellent Experience Hotel was awesome. Wherever I go now, I pick Hyatt.
