I was showing my daughter the sites and this is one of them! Very nice hotel, great location, great staff, nice and clean rooms. Hyatt Hotels always seem to deliver excellence. The Hyatt Regency in Savannah is no exception. Our precious Pomeranian, Miss Baby, always travels with us and the staff could not have been nicer to her. The clerk that we dealt with on the second day was excellent. He talked to the manager and got us on the same floor. Our experience was very good. The restaurant (Moss & Oak) and the front desk were wonderfu! The valet was great. Attractive, very clean hotel, very close to everything. Would and will stay there again. Perfectly located on the Savannah riverfront with great access to restaurants! Hyatt Regency/Savannah was a great choice. We arrived from our previous visit in Charleston early in the morning and the hotel accommodated us by allowing us to check in early. Hotel is very nice, clean, classy! Perfect to just walk out the door and be on River Street. Room was clean. Friendly helpful for cooks and staff and valets and front desk. Clean hotel, helpful staff and location, location, location!
