Very nice hotel right next to the arch and close to the baseball stadium. Everyone was very nice and very clean. The room was clean and comfortable. great location clean big rooms. The room was really nice. Staff was nice and the location was perfect. We stayed here overnight after a ball game. Bed was very comfortable, good service and smooth although very busy valet parking. Would recommend a stay here; it's clean and nice with comfy beds. Check in was easy. The staff is nice and attentive. I left my door ajar by accident. A staff member made sure I was okay. That's so wonderful. Anything we needed they took care of quickly. I appreciate that. I will stay here in the future. If you're debating booking this hotel. Book it! Madison took great care of us while we were checking in and the team was top notch. Definitely know where I'm staying when I'm in St. Louis. Loved It! Hotel was amazing and I recommend!
