The Hyatt Grand Aspen is a fractional-ownership resort property located one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola. Our 50 1- to 4-bedroom residences have 33 different floor plans and feature lock-out bedrooms (studios), creating 122 separate units. Unit size for studios begin at 400 square feet, and for one-bedrooms it is 750 square feet. Interior spaces reflect genuine mountain elegance with soft, warm fabrics in rich jewel tones complementing rich leather furniture. The best of the outdoors is reflected inside, with planked solid oak floors, grand stone entryways, and just the right amount of rough-hewn timber accents. In addition, multiple fireplaces create cozy gathering spots. Gourmet kitchens feature Viking appliances, wine refrigerators, slab-granite countertops, and plenty of workspace for even the most seasoned chefs. Private spaces offer the same high level of luxury. High thread count Italian linens are luscious, while each master bath features various combinations of the following luxury items: a 15ÔÇØ flat-screen television, steam shower, jetted tub, deep soaking tub, or multi-jetted shower (Note: not all features available in all units).
