The Kalahari Ballroom is divisible into as many as eight sections. It features four oversized drop down wide screens and built in "from the ceiling" projectors. It has been home to Corporate Food and Trade Shows, all day Conferences requiring rear screen projection or incorporating dramatic staging and AV, Dance and Cheerleading Competitions, and Social Events with and without Bands. The smallest it break down in size to is 40 ' by 50'.

One of the two largest of the eight portions of the Ballroom. Each features a drop down wide screen with from the ceiling projectors. Can be combined with each other fro a 100 by 102 sq. ft. space.

Indigo Bay Ballroom is a distinctively designed function room that can be as attractive for meetings as it is for a wedding reception or banquet function. The Indigo Bay also has its own built-in Bar in the room and two registration areas built-in in the hallway. Lighting is drawn from an imported African Styled Domes Light with auto controls for music, light and sound built-in.

Cypress Ballroom is a distinctively designed function room that can be as attractive for meetings as it is for a wedding reception or banquet function. Cypress Room also has its own built-in Bar in the room and two registration areas built-in in the hallway. Guava is one of seven different meeting and event rooms located in the Executive Center of the Convention Center. This Executive Center includes two dedicated Boardrooms as well as an Atrium with sky light. The Executive Center features its won glass doors giving it privacy from the rest of the Convention Center when necessary. Guava can also be doubled in size to 1900 sq. ft. when the connecting wall to Tamarind is opened.

This Executive Center includes two dedicated Boardrooms as well as an Atrium with sky light. The Executive Center features its won glass doors giving it privacy from the rest of the Convention Center when necessary. Tamarind can also be doubled in size to 1900 sq. ft. when the connecting wall to Guava is opened.

Portia can also be doubled in size to 1900 sq. ft. when the connecting wall to Wisteria is opened.

There are four Jamaadi Huts. Jamaadi in Swahili means gathering. These are uniquely shaped (octagon) and feature warm African colors with a lighting feature including 9 Ostrich Eggs imported from Africa. The windows are tall and narrow and compliment the authentic African decor. Three of the four are located off a hallway that is replicated from a natural village setting... perfect for a traveling reception. One, the Banyan, offers a built-in bar area as well.

Wisteria is one of seven different meeting and event rooms located in the Executive Center of the Convention Center. This Executive Center includes two dedicated Boardrooms as well as an Atrium with sky light. The Executive Center features its won glass doors giving it privacy from the rest of the Convention Center when necessary. Wisteria can also be doubled in size to 1900 sq. ft. when the connecting wall to Portia is opened.

Mangrove is one of 7 Meeting and Event Rooms in the Executive Center and connects to the others via the 1800 sq. ft. sunlit Atrium which is perfect for Refreshment Breaks or a Reception Area. The Mangrove is a stand alone room with its own drop down wide screen and built-in, from the ceiling, projector. As with all meeting and event space, it is features wireless internet and has back of the house service corridors.

The two Board Rooms are Ebony and Empress. Each features a permanent hand carved Board Table with computer, teleconferencing, and electrical built-in. The drop down screen and built-in projector is controlled from a master control panel which can sit at the head of the board table. African art and decor dress both rooms and a back entry doors allows for break and roll in lunch service with minimal interruption of the meeting.

The Pavilion is a clearspan tent with permament wooden floor set just steps from the Convention Center featuring French Windows, three entry ways. It is fully equipped with electical outlets and wireless capabilities. It has both air conditioning and heat and is open from Easter thourhg and including the first weekend of November each year. It can be divided into two parts.
