Excellent! Services are great! It was a convenience having the hotel right on the boardwalk especially with older teens. They could come and go as they pleased and were not stuck in the hotel. Parking was great, check in very fast, area is nice, enjoyed the balcony, and the little restaurant/grill was very nice for breakfast.
