Property Description

Nice family environment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. The view was beautiful! This historic ocean front resort on St Simons Island, Georgia features 192 guest rooms in a variety of buildings, room decor and views, from hotel rooms to villas to beach cottages. Resort amenities include five oceanfront pools, a challenging 18 hole golf course, complimentary fitness center, oceanfront dining, two clay tennis courts, Wi-Fi (wireless) technology and the beautiful beachfront of the Golden Isles. Meetings have been a tradition for over 80 years and the skilled meeting support professionals can assist you in planning expertly and executing flawlessly. In its 10,000 square feet of functional meeting space the Resort can host small intimate gatherings or conventions and galas for up to 300.St Simons Island, a quiet, slower-paced barrier island is celebrated for its natural beauty and its rich history. It offers unique shops, art galleries, antique stores, fifty plus restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining, numerous historical sites and gorgeous Georgia island scenery that can be viewed by picturesque walking and biking trails. The Resort received designation to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, during its 70th Anniversary year. If our hotel walls could talk, we would hear some wonderful stories of our treasured past.

Service animals complying with ADA Title lll regulations are allowed. Yes! Pets are allowed. Dogs only. Advance notice required; pet-friendly accommodations limited.
