Good room, fair rates, very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Five stars for the hotel and staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This hotel is close to the university and downtown. Near a large park and within walking distance to two bars/restaurants. Pool and hot tub are indoors and they have returned to a full breakfast. The room was clean and neat. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
